Legislative Committees

Each member of the delegation is assigned to a Legislative Committee. Committees are the first step in amending and sorting through petitions to General Conference. Committees are organized by petition type and include Church and Society, Board of Discipleship, General Administration, Finance and Administration, and the like. I am serving with the Conferences Legislative Committee. We are working with membership to Annual, Jurisdictional, and General Conferences, local pastors’ rights, restructuring the way central and jurisdictional conferences are organized, and the like.
